TULIP FIELDS 2: QUOTES ON HOPE AND OPTIMISM

As I shared earlier, tulip fields remain as one of my most favorite views... and where else can we appreciate such massive awesome tulip fields than in Holland!

Spring is back this April and early May when tulips blossom with “all their might” and during this COVID 19 pandemic lockdown, I am reminiscing the days back in 2015 when I last visited the Netherlands.

It was an honor to visit the tulip fields at  Bollen & Zo in Bergen, Netherlands. I hope they (and all the flower gardens) are fine inspite of these trying times.

Here are HOPE QUOTES with the tulip fields and may the beauty of the tulips and lavender empower us as we read through these inspirations.

May we never lose HOPE and OPTIMISM during this COVID 19 Pandemic.

May we rediscover old passions which we may have put aside because of being TOO BUSY or find opportunities and new activities to keep us productive and hopefully, further develop ourselves while we STAY HOME!

TULIP FIELDS 1: QUOTES ON RESILIENCE, HOPE AND HAPPINESS

It is spring, and one of my most favorite places are tulip fields with daffodils too!

The vast field of colorful lined flowers bring out joy from my heart and in this “interesting”  times inspire me to choose some resilience quotes to my tulip field photos!

BE INSPIRED!

May we continue to have positive vibes during this COVID 19 Pandemic...

Health, economic, mental and physical stresses loom over us these days and we continue to hope and pray that we will develop resilience and constructive positive thinking to overcome all the difficulties and still be happy against all odds!

COVID 19 - THANK YOU, FRONTLINERS

This is dedicated to my very dear friend and classmate, EMC, who is a nurse in the US and who now is COVID positive with pneumonia and presently, is still in a critical condition... though, not yet on ventilator... our fervent prayers for your fast recovery and for great miracles!
And to all our fellow doctors, nurses and healthcare providers who contracted the illness  (including Dr. FDD) and those who succumbed to COVID-19 (including Dr. DMT).

You are blessed to be a FRONTLINER!
The frontliners risk their own lives as they “face the virus” head on to save others’ lives and to keep the community safe and sustainable in these uncertain times of the COVID-19 Pandemic!

So their mantra is:
“WE STAY AT WORK FOR YOU.
PLEASE STAY HOME FOR US.”

FRONTLINERS usually mean HealthCare Workers (HCW) within the hospital, such as doctors, nurses, midwives, technologists and technicians (med tech, rad tech, respiratory tech, etc), institutional workers, as well as security guards, ambulance drivers and administrative and finance people who have contact with patients.

BUT, being a FRONTLINER is also extended to other sectors such as police and soldiers at checkpoints, grocery store, market and food delivery staff and even the media.

This is another set of the heartwarming insights from WEARGOODVIBES.CO expressing GRATITUDE to the COVID-19 FRONTLINERS.

Though, my images are in the setting of healthcare (mostly Ciudad Medical Zamboanga), OUR SINCEREST GRATITUDE IS FOR ALL FRONTLINERS out there!

YOU ARE INDEED BLESSED TO BE A FRONTLINER!
WE ARE BLESSED TO HAVE YOU!

YOU ARE HEROES!
We pray that you continue to be LIVING HEROES!

❤️πŸ™πŸ»♥️πŸ™πŸ½❤️πŸ™πŸΎ♥️πŸ™πŸΏ❤️

PS 1 Most photos are from the Ciudad Medical Zamboanga Facebook Page and from CMZ video screenshots. Thank you.
PS 2    Thank you too, to the leaders who find ways to make the environment of the frontliners, safe, comfortable and conducive for service.

COVID 19 PANDEMIC — THINGS WILL NEVER BE THE SAME AGAIN

COVID-19 ....things will never be the same again!

These insights from WEARGOODVIBES.CO touched my heart ♥️ in these unprecedented times and I wanted to adapt these thoughts using my photos and collages.

I didn’t feel like I have to think up new thoughts, when the words hit what I feel at the bullseye.

This is dedicated to my family and to my extended family in the workplace and all my dear friends near and far who may not be physically with me but always a part of my life.

Thank you to the Zamboanga City frontliners,  and all over the world, especially to the Ciudad Medical Zamboanga family for your dedication and service... where performance excellence begins in your hearts! πŸ’•πŸ’•πŸ’• (P.S. some staff photos are from the CMZ FB Page)

I hope you can relate as you read through these images....

We thank the ALMIGHTY GOD for the all wonderful people around us, who help us and who give us HOPE in these challenging times of the dreaded extremely contagious COVID-19 PANDEMIC.

We have scary thoughts of rapid spread with intubated patients and imminent death.

Nations have, then, implemented the ENHANCED COMMUNITY QUARANTINE a.k.a. “LOCKDOWN” (starting March 20, 2020 1 AM in Zamboanga City, Philippines) to “flatten the curve” (www.flattenthecurve.com) meaning we need community isolation measures to help limit the spread  of the novel Coronavirus and reduce load on the hospitals, thus, would be manageable by the medical providers.

Aside from proper hand washing, PHYSICAL DISTANCING (previously known as “SOCIAL DISTANCING”) (en.www.org/wiki/Social_distancing), which is a set of infection control actions intended to stop or slow down the contagious disease, most effective for infections transmitted by droplet spread, is now “strictly” implemented  by the community BUT which is so difficult for us, Filipinos who loves to be around family and friends!

In fact, the cry of our leaders to STAY AT HOME and to STAY ONE METER APART is so difficult to obey!

PHYSICAL DISTANCING as well as  QUARANTINING can affect a person’s mental  health leading to stress, anxiety, depression or panic (en.www.org/wiki/Social_distancing), thus, we have to help each other see the GOOD in these trying times.

Anyway, although, everyone may be so “faraway”, we are very fortunate that in this digital age, there are so many ways to be connected... and to keep our minds busy! Let us open our minds and our hearts to appreciate the perks that this dismal present brings.

THANK YOU VERY MUCH MY DEAR FAMILY AND FRIENDS!

STAY SAFE.
BE WELL.
STAY HOPEFUL.
STOP THE SPREAD.

❤️♥️❤️
