CMZ BRAngay 27: Barangay Tugbungan

Our second CMZ BRAngay Project was at the Barangay Hall of Tugbungan.

We had an initial hitch with one of the kagawads, but the day turned out to be very fruitful with many interested women, especially from the 4Ps group who were informed by their Purok leaders.

The participants said this is the first time a group ever came over to share about Breast Cancer awareness and we can really sense their interest to learn more.

We started with Breast Screening with health teaching followed by the  Breast Cancer Awareness lecture by Dr. Filipinas Rojo and the Breast Self Examination lecture and demonstration by Ms. Watchel Basilio.

Thank you to Kap Graciano for accommodating us and for giving us the opportunity to serve Bgy. Tugbungan. So nice to meet the Barangay Health Workers who we met during our first BRAngay at Tetuan!

By the way, the CMZ Breast Wellness Center continues to provide free breast awareness lectures with free clinical breast examinations to private and public groups interested to learn more about BREAST AWARENESS!
