CMZ Teaser is based on an AVP done in 2011 by Cinesur as CMZ was on its eighth year, when CMZ was conferred Center of Quality by PhilHealth. CMZ takes much pride in this because it is Ciudad Medical who got the first and only PhilHealth Center of Quality in Region IX.
We finally got professional services to present CMZ in the original AVP in 2011 and this is edited by CMZ MIS in 2013 to be updated to include the following:

Officially, the CMZ (ZPHI) Vision and Mission were formulated during the Strategic Planning in 2009, which was also the start of CMZ's Journey to Performance Excellence, with one of the goals of attaining the Philippine Quality Award.
